Q : Company visit?
A: Please, submit a (letter, email, call)request, purpose , detail to WIS for consideration.
Q: What/Who is use to transport the product?
A: Depend on your location and the size of product, usuaully, my team will send it.
Q: What if I found the defect/promblem in the product can we return it?
A: If you got any problems with our product plz contact us immediately. If it is our mistake, we are welcome to send the new one or go to there and check it.
